He is a native San Franciscan and a fourth generation member of the prominent Armour family.

Barbara serves as Malin's full-time personal and licensed assistant, always available to Clients and the team with her ever-positive attitude and rapid response/multi-tasking skills. Barbara ensures that Malin's service is "out of the ordinary”! She oversees the coordination of important benchmarks of the marketing and escrow processes of every transaction and manages the office. Barbara has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from UC Berkeley, with an emphasis in marketing and finance.

Monica Pauli has established herself as a Top Producing Agent at TRI/Coldwell Banker in her own right and often works in tandem with Malin on behalf of their shared Clients over the years. Her boundless energy and professionalism perfectly complement Malin's attributes; her warm rapport with Clients reflects her earlier successful career in London with a Fortune 100 company managing global commercial real estate transactions. Monica has a B.A. degree from the University of Arizona.

Bob provides all around backstop support to the team & Malin's commitment to service. His knowledge and expertise reflect 30 years of real estate sales in the City. He served as Assistant Branch Manager at TRI/CB from 1998 to 2004. Bob possesses exceptional writing skills in capturing the essence and ambience of Malin's wonderful listings for print advertising and property brochures. He has a Masters Degree in International Relations from USC and served with the State Department's Agency for International Development.

Jennifer, Principal of JAS Design Inc., plays an integral role on Malin's team as her personal marketing director, photographer and graphic designer. Her unique talents in the graphic arts range from elegant marketing presentations to sophisticated print advertising and web design. Prospective clientele, as well as agents, recognize Malin's sfproperties as the luxury brand–synonymous with the City's most desirable properties in the most sought-after neighborhoods–due in no small part to Jennifer's fine artistic eye behind the camera.
