Licensed Assistant

Barbara serves as Malin's full-time personal and licensed assistant, always available to Clients and the team with her ever-positive attitude and rapid response/multi-tasking skills. Barbara ensures that Malin's service is "out of the ordinary”! She oversees the coordination of important benchmarks of the marketing and escrow processes of every transaction and manages the office. Barbara has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from UC Berkeley, with an emphasis in marketing and finance.

This is "Super Girl” ... the nickname that stuck for good reason!

Pete Rodway - DRE#: 02039991

Licensed Assistant

Pete Rodway transitioned from the Compass national team where, as a strategic growth manager, he grew markets across the country, including Brooklyn, Miami, and San Francisco. His intimate understanding of the tech-enabled brokerage allows him to harness the advantages, tools, and software the firm utilizes. With a degree in architecture from Cornell University, and 7 years of relationship management, recruitment, and fundraising, he brings a creative aesthetic and emphasis on relationship management to the team. 

His personality and vivid imagination are infectious!
