From the architect who brought us the Palace of Fine Arts

The historic Pacific Heights mansion currently owned by Nextdoor co-founder Nirav Tolia is for sale for $25 million.

The home was designed and built by architect George Applegarth for himself and his wife in 1916 on an extra-wide 49' lot. Applegarth is known for designing San Francisco landmarks like the Palace of Fine Arts and the Spreckels Mansion.
